Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• The ENVIRORISK conference proceedings, which will accept peer-reviewed papers, will be published as part of the Springer series: “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems”, a Scopus-visible series with an SJR ranking.

Topics:

1. Disaster Management, Natural Hazards, Risk Reduction and Building Resilience

2. Environmental Degradation

3. Resilience and Business Continuity Management (BCM)

4. High Performance Computing, Modeling & Simulations, GIS for environmental monitoring and Artificial Intelligence

Conference Registration: 

20 MARCH 2026 — Beginning of the (in-person and online) conference registration

15 MAY 2026 — Presenter registration deadline

Conference Fees:

• Before 15 May 2026: 250 euros
• After 15 May 2026: 300 euros

Submission Policy:

 Each registered author may submit up to two (2) contributions:

• First contribution: 250 euros (before 15 May 2026)/ 300 euros (after 15 May 2026)
• Second contribution: 200 euros (before 15 May 2026)/ 250 euros (after 15 May 2026

• Conference Deadlines:

• Abstract Submission Deadline: 1 March 2026
• Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 20 March 2026
• Full Paper Submission for Review: 1 April 2026
• Notification of Acceptance of Full Papers: 1 May 2026
• Final Paper Submission for Proceedings: 20 May 2026
