The 1st International Conference on AdvancedTechnology (ICAT-2024) is a groundbreakingacademic event that emerges as a platform to fosterknowledge exchange, innovation, and collaborationat the intersection of technology, sustainability, andhuman well-being. The conference, with the theme "Applications of AI and Cyber Solutions for Sustainability in Engineering and Healthcare ", is set to takeplace on April 30 and May 1, 2024, at the prestigious Hormuz Grand Hotel Muscat, Oman.
ICAT-2024 is organized by the National Universityof Science and Technology (NU), Oman, which hasestablished itself as a leading institution committedto delivering excellence in education, research,and development. NU is a premier institution in theSultanate of Oman and was established with the aimof promoting excellence in education and research,with a vision to become an icon of higher educationin the region and beyond. The university consists of five colleges, including the College of Engineering, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Collegeof Pharmacy, College of Advanced Technology, andthe International Maritime College Oman. NU boastsacademic partnerships with esteemed internationaluniversities, including Glasgow Caledonian Universityin Scotland, West Virginia University and the Universityof South Carolina in the United States.

We’re delighted to share that ICAT 2024 has secured prestigious publication opportunities for accepted papers in esteemed Elsevier journals (Scopus Indexed), magnifying the influence and reach of your valuable research contributions.
It is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series -Scopus Indexed (final approval pending).
Accepted papers meeting the criteria will be submitted to Springer for review and potential publication in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series, a Scopus-indexed platform. After Springer’s review process, selected papers will be published. Papers not selected by Springer will be considered for inclusion as book chapters in other Scopus-indexed publications.
