The Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education (APSCE) invites submissions to the 34th International Conference on Computers in Education (ICCE 2026). All accepted papers will be published in the official conference proceedings, which will be submitted to Elsevier for potential inclusion in Scopus. The main conference proceedings (excluding posters) will also be submitted to Thomson Reuters for consideration in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI). Authors of distinguished full papers will be invited to submit extended versions for possible publication in Research and Practice in Technology Enhanced Learning (RPTEL), the official journal of APSCE.
Under the theme “Reimagining Learning Ecologies in the Age of Intelligent Technologies,” ICCE 2026 invites the global community to examine how intelligent technologies are reshaping learning ecologies - holistic systems encompassing learners, educators, communities, technologies, environments, and the relationships that connect them.
Conference Structure
ICCE 2026 adopts APSCE’s established meta-conference structure, comprising seven theme-based sub-conferences coordinated by Program Committees. Together, these form a five-day academic program reflecting the breadth and depth of research in computers in education.
The conference includes:

- Keynote speeches
- Theme-based invited talks and expert panels
- Pre-conference workshops and tutorials/symposiums/interactive events
- Doctoral Student Consortia (DSC)
- Early Career Workshop (ECW)
- Showcase of Advancements in Technology-Enhanced Learning in Underrepresented Countries (SATELUC)
- Panel proposals
