ICEER 2025 is a joint organization of the School of Engineering (ISEP) of the Polytechnic of Porto (P.Porto) and SCIEI, and will be held at Budapest, Hungary during July 22-25, 2025.

In today's world, energy and the environment occupy pivotal positions in both research and education. The ongoing climate crisis and the urgent need for sustainable development strategies necessitate transformative engineering solutions and innovations across a wide range of fields, from energy sciences to geoengineering.

The objective of ICEER 2025 is to function as a platform where engineers, researchers, and specialists from academic institutions, research centers, and industries worldwide can converge to discuss and present the latest advancements and applications pertinent to the challenges posed by energy and environmental research. The primary areas of interest at ICEER encompass, but are not limited to, Energy, Environment, and Education for Sustainable Development.

Submission Guidelines

Accepted full paper will be invited to give the Oral / Poster / Oral Flash presentation at ICEER and be published in the conference proceedings.

1. Papers submitted via the Electronic Submission System will be peer reviewed by at least two reviewers.

2. Upon reviewers comments and acceptance, please revise your paper accordingly and using the template that will be provided until June 20th. You may then proceed with the upload of camera ready version.

3. The authors of the paper will take responsibility for any Intellectual Property issues concerning the papers on their own. The organizing Committee reserves the right to use the papers for conference purposes.

4. No show, no publication

Publication

Reviewed and registered papers after the appropriate presentation will be published in Environmental Science and Engineering as a proceedings book volume, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, SCOPUS, SCImago, Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series, etc. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.
