The 4th edition of the MAURICON 2024 International Conference on Intelligent and Innovative Computing Applications (ICONIC) will be organised in Mauritius from 7-9 November 2024 at the Pearle Beach Resort & Spa, Flic en Flac (about 1 hour drive from the airport). This conference will provide an opportunity to academic researchers, industry professionals, government delegates and students to interact and share their experiences and knowledge on cutting-edge developments in the fields of Cloud Computing, Internet-of-Things, Networked Systems, Data Communications, Sensor Networks, Computer Security, Multimedia, Computer Vision, Intelligent Computing, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Machine Vision, Signal Processing, Software Engineering, ICT4D and ICT in Education. Our main objective is to promote scientific and educational activities towards the advancement of knowledge by improving the theory and practice of various disciplines and areas of ICT Engineering.

Papers and/or abstracts are invited for the MAURICON ICONIC 2024 on any topics lying within the scope of the conference. All contributions must be of high quality, original, and must not have been previously published elsewhere or intended for publication elsewhere. All papers will be reviewed by the members of the International Programme Committee and depending on their degree of innovativeness and quality of presentation, may be selected for oral or poster presentation and publication in the conference proceedings. All accepted and registered papers will be published in a conference proceedings with an ISBN number which is 978-99949-99-79-8. All submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers by following a double-blind review process.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Abstracts are also welcomed.

The paper must have a minimum of 5 pages (double column) and a maximum of 12 pages and at least 3000 words (including references). References must be written using the APA 7th edition format. https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/references/examples

Authors are also requested to anonymise (remove all contact details) their papers/abstract before submission. All submissions will be double-blind reviewed by at least two reviewers and published in a proceedings with an ISBN number (978-99949-99-79-8).

Papers/abstracts are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarised materials and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). All papers/abstracts will be submitted to a plagiarism service in order to check the originality of its contents.

The conference will be held at the Pearle Beach Resort & Spa, Flic en Flac, Mauritius on the 7-9th November 2024. A free conference/networking tour will be organised on the 9th November 2024.

Online sessions (Virtual Presentations) will also be catered for.
