We are excited to announce the 2025 International Conference on Extended Reality (ICXR 2025) and invite the submission of original research papers. The conference has been selected for the first batch of the High-Quality International Academic Conference Promotion Program of the China Computer Federation (CCF). ICXR 2025 will take place on November 1-2, 2025, in the coastal city of Qingdao, Shandong, China, and will be co-located with ChinaVR 2025, the biggest and most prestigious academic conference in China for extended reality research. Qingdao is renowned for its beautiful coastline, beaches, and maritime scenery. It is a modern city that combines historical charm with contemporary development, boasting advanced infrastructure and global connections.

Submission Guidelines:
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers to ICXR 2025. The submission website is located at: https://easychair.org/conferences?conf=icxr2025.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and research content, correctness, relevance to the conference, and readability.
Publication
A number of selected papers presented at this year's ICXR will be recommended for submission and undergo a revision round before being published in prestigious journals, including Frontier of Computer Science (SCI), Computer & Graphics (SCI) and Virtual Reality & Intelligent Hardware (EI). All other full research papers will be published in the Proceedings of ICXR 2025 with Springer LNCS series (EI).
