The steel manufacturing industry is one of the most lucrative and progressive industries in the world. Steel making through Bessemer Process in the 18th century impacted the world most as it modified the world by means of making steel inexpensive and mass-producible. The modern technological development in steel manufacturing has made it even more economic and faster. The advancements in steel technology like automation & robotics application, IoT sensors, innovation in data analytics & simulation, eco-friendly surface treatment and coating technology, instrumentation and control required for quality assurance, sustainable design techniques are encouraging the plant engineers in association with researchers, scientists and academicians to constantly look for ways to optimize its potential and minimize its negative impact on environment. With innovations like hydrogen-based steelmaking and carbon capture technology, the steel industry is working towards reducing its carbon footprint. These developments are supporting steel fraternity to optimize their manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, decrease waste, and enhance sustainability.

 The conference thus aims to provide a platform to discover some of the rising technologies in the steel industry that are expected to experience big transformation in phases of its production, supply chain, and environmental impact. The steel industry appears promising due to regular developments in engineering, machinery, and methods for working with steel.

Submission Guidelines

Technical papers are invited for presentation in the conference.  Authors are requested to submit the abstract and full text paper in the prescribed format. The accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of the  conference. At least one author should be registered as delegate.

All papers must be original. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Full papers

The paper must be written strictly conforming to the format and not exceeding 10 (Ten) page limit.

All papers must be written in English only.

Conference strictly abides by Plagiarism Policy, and authors are advised to check plagiarism prior to paper submission.
