The aim is to show that there is a lack of continuous training in the production of curriculum materials. Limited production and use negatively influence working conditions, inhibit well-being and increase the malaise of the teaching profession. This study came from the research and results obtained under the Master's Dissertation whose title was: «Continuous Training Proposal in order to improve the production of curriculum materials in the Teaching-Learning Process (PEA) of the Department of Science teachers of Education at the Bié Pedagogical School of Angola (ESP / Bié) ». The methodology used is qualitative, inserted in the interpretative paradigm. The descriptive study was done through a semi-structured interview with 15 (fifteen) teachers in order to identify the main difficulties and needs they present in the production of curriculum materials. The theoretical basis points to the issue of curriculum materials and their production the broader dimension in the teaching profession and continuing education of teachers. The analysis of the results showed that the production of curriculum materials is weak, due to the need for teachers to participate in Continuing Education. The conclusions highlight the lack of training in the production and use of curriculum materials and the lack of continuous training reported by teachers creates limitations on teachers' work and make their well-being impossible and raise the teacher's discomfort.
