Simplified Predictive Strategy of Mechanical Life Cycle Model in Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor

Abstract

The target area of the research is the assessment of the mechanical excitation frequencies of three-phase asynchronous motors, primarily caused by bearing and shaft adjustment, and the understanding of the wear process. Measurements and calculations are basically based on a wear map, not only using spectrum analysis methods. Spectrum analyzes do not solve the steps for developing error detection methods in all cases. The processing of measurement results was preceded by several measurement cycles, the results of which were used to create the wear map.
