The paper conducts a cursory survey among the students of a private university of Bangladesh to find out what students think about the existing teaching evaluation process of the university and the instrument used for the evaluation. The survey results illustrate the view of the students on different issues related to SETs. In the end we added some recommendations on the basis of the survey finding that might help institutes develop effective SET tools and processes.
