We use 3 shapes of tools (square tool with flat shoulder, conical tool with flat shoulder and conical tool with concave shoulder). In this respect, a numerical approach has been studied to know the effect of welding parameters on the weld state. This approach is based on the Eulerian-Lagrangain Coupled Method (CEL), Johnson-Cook Material Behavior Law, Coulomb Friction Law and a finite element method developed under the ABAQUS/Explicit code. Keyphrases: Abaqus/Explicit, FSW, Polypropylene, Tool Pin Profile
